The Brexit thing and Returns

As everyone has noticed, commercial relationship between UK and EU have changed since 1st January 2021. Before BREXIT, EU consumers were free to buy items from the UK without any other charges.

Depending on the prices of the goods, taxes might be applied to your purchase. We are fairly confident that taxes on our items are small, given the average price of our goods but we suggest to check your local laws for this.

This is happening to all the businesses and stores both in the EU shipping to the UK and vice versa. We're monitoring the situation on a daily basis and working to find a solution to reduce costs for everyone.

We hope that over time tariffs, duty and the cost of shipping will be reduced. In the meantime, EU customers please note that MANDRONE RECORDS is NOT LIABLE for any costs incurred for our products to arrive in your country.

If you decide to return an item, you will get a refund of the product or products you've ordered. The shipping costs amount won't be refunded.
We want our customer to be happy, however our business is small and we can't afford to pay all the shipping costs of returned order by ourselves. We're sure you'll understand that.

Vinyl Shipping Disclaimer

Mandrone Records ships exclusively with the vinyl outside of the lp jacket to prevent seam splits or any other kind of internal damage during transit and to make sure your order arrives safely.

All orders are securely packed, however, we cannot be held accountable for any possible brute treatment the package may endure during transport to you.

We don't issue refunds or send replacement copies for minor issues such as bend corners, background noise or the occasional crackle in the sound.

Please, be advised that we examine each item carefully and they are in pristine visual condition upon departure from our Headquarters.

About Designs

Some Vinyl records are ARTIST MOCKUP. Each vinyl will be unique as the pressing process will create completely random shapes and some colours could get mixed.
